As the owners of a respected salon chain, duncan bros. salon (pictured), we realized the need for better, more comprehensive training at the beginning levels. We developed an in-salon educational program that required every new staff member to attend and pass as a qualification to perform services on salon clients.
Our program has been extremely successful. However, the salon staffing requirements have grown to a point that it is no longer practical or productive to continue basic training in the salon.
